Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained. Orders placed Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with expedited shipping selected will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Some of our jewelry pieces are 14k gold or rhodium plated over brass, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry. We do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling their hair, as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products can remove the plating.
