All Canada orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) to Canada Post which handles the final delivery of the package.

We offer shipping to P.O. Boxes in the United States, but may be unable to guarantee accurate delivery estimates or complete tracking information.

Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
2. Other International Shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Cruz does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. Please note that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned back to us and you will be refunded for the order after deducting the return shipping fee.
As of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order.
Yes! After submitting an order, you should be taken to a page that provides an order confirmation number. Within a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After your order has finished processing and is ready to ship, you will receive a second email that provides the tracking information for your shipment. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. In the event your order is returned to us, you will receive notice once your order arrives back to our facility. We will contact you via email to provide us with an updated address if you wish to have your order reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that had an incorrect address originally provided.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, gift card, Paypal, Shop Pay and Afterpay. We may also accept additional payment methods depending on which country you are shopping from. Any available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page.

If Afterpay is available in your country, it will appear as a featured payment option on our checkout page. To use Afterpay, shop jewelrybycruz.com and checkout as usual. When selecting your payment method, choose Afterpay. You will be directed to the Afterpay website and asked to log in (or register if you're a first-time user). After confirming your payment details, you will be able to complete your order.

Discount codes can be entered in the discount code field in your shopping bag, and they must be applied before the order is submitted. When placing your order, enter the code and click apply – you will see the discount apply and the total change before you enter your payment information.
All promotions are limited to the specified dates/times and cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Promotions cannot be combined.
Some of our jewelry pieces are 14k gold plated over brass, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry. We do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling their hair, as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products can remove the plating.

To add a gift note to your order, click the "Add Gift Message" button from the shopping cart before clicking "Checkout." Please note that gift notes on domestic orders have a 130 character limit.
Our gift notes are hand written with your special message. It will be written exactly how it is entered, so make sure there are no errors and no emojis are used!
We do not offer complimentary gift wrapping services at this time, but each piece is beautifully inserted into a white CRUZ dust bag!
Yes! Gift Cards are available to purchase here in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $150, and $200. Please note that Gift Cards are only available to U.S. customers. We do not offer gift cards for international customers at this time. Gift cards are non-refundable.
After purchasing a Gift Card, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a separate email with your unique gift card code and a link to access the gift card. If you are giving this gift card to someone else, we recommend forwarding the email with the card number and link to them. To apply a gift card to your order, enter your gift card number at checkout in the field labeled "Gift card or discount code".
Keep in mind that discount codes cannot be applied for either physical and digital gift cards. Cruz reserves the right to cancel the order at any time should any of these policies are overridden.
You can apply your Gift Card code to your order on the checkout page. Enter the gift card code in the field labeled "Gift card or discount code" (be sure to click "Apply" before proceeding to the next page). The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a different form of payment. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.
